I love the clipboard keys (cut, copy,& paste keys.) Use them all the time. My problem is that the right side shift key started to "stick" about a year after I bought it. Anyone else out there had the same problem?

Unusual positioning of home, delete, end, page up, & page down keys, but you will get used to them as long as you don't use another keyboards elsewhere. The placement of "insert" key is interesting. (It is above your number keys.) Keyboard is large. So check your space before you buy it.

I'm a computer tech and graphic designer. This is a great keyboard. I use my keyboard more than my mouse and I love the fact that some of the commands I use often are now one button commands instead of two or three key commands. I am left handed and love the left side extension that has the cut, copy, paste buttons as well as the application, scroll and forward and back keys. I agree with one of the other reviewers, this is a large keyboard. I had no problem fitting it into my keyboard area but you may want to check to see if it will fit yours before you purchase it. Right or left handed this is a wonderful keyboard whether you are more of a keyboard person or a mouse person. I highly recommend this item.

I have to say when I first received the mouse I thought it was going to be completely different. I had in my mind that I wouldn't have to move the mouse at all, just pivot it back and forth to move it. Well that was wrong (which it would have been odd to do it that way) it actually moved around just like a normal mouse with one difference, your wrist is not kept at the same straight on position the entire time. The mouse pivots with your hand to make it much more comfortable and much more ergonomic.

As a blogger I spend a LOT of time on my computer, probably 10hrs a day or more. I have had to learn how to position my wrists when i'm typing and not sit in awkward positions that would cause carpel tunnel or any other strain on my wrist. My sister in law had it and had to have surgery so that's not a route I want to take and I will do what I can to avoid it!

I just received my ErgoMotion Mouse. I was looking for an ergonomic replacement for my previous Microsoft mouse that died on me after several years of loyal service. I was very frustrated with the options available for left handed users. I came across Smartfish Technologies web site a few months ago, before the mouse was available, and decided that this would be my next mouse (I used my "back-up" mouse until now, a wired $3 mouse). I kept checking back to see about availability and when I saw that Amazon had a few in stock, I jumped at it and it arrived today. I love the ErgoMotion Mouse. It took me a few minutes to get used to it, Its a little larger than I expected, I had to decide whether its more comfortable to use a palm rest or not, and I had to adjust the pointer speed in the mouse settings. I've had wrist/arm/shoulder pain for years now. It's one of the hazards of working with computers all day long. To help relieve the pain, I've tried 5 or 6 different mice over the years.

While this mouse is definitely better than regular static mice, I don't find that I get as much relief with the Whirl Mouse as I do with my Evoluent Vertical Mouse.

Pros:
More comfortable than a regular mouse
Small USB dongle that attaches to the mouse for storage
Decent range
On/off switch
Laser mouse pointer movement accuracy

Cons:
Not as comfortable as a vertical mouse
Battery life seems a little low (only lasts about a month)
Only 2 buttons (technically 3 with the wheel also being a button, but that's not very usable) - no thumb buttons

This is my first review and it happens to be the first for this excellent trackball. The review is LONG but you can skip to the heading(s) that suit you: Old Users, New Buttons, HTPC, New Users, Wireless and Gaming. Hope it is useful.

--Introduction--
This line of trackballs from Logitech is best known for its unique design, employing the thumb for movement and the index/middle finger for clicks. The advantage of this "thumb-ball" design is that former mouse-users do not have to adapt to a different position (thumb for clicking and index/middle finger for moving, as in the case of the Kensington trackballs).

--History--
After releasing the renowned TrackMan Wheel Optical (wired), Logitech went further and brought us the wireless version (the TrackMan Wheel Wireless, still available in Amazon). The wireless version suffers from the gigantic size of the receiver, which makes it impractical for laptop/space-constrained computer setups.

Having been one of the many old school folks that mourned the loss of Microsoft's Trackball, I can honestly say this is a superior replacement. The day I had to bury my Microsoft Optical was a sad day when it died, but I got many years of use out of it. Up until now, it was the best trackball to date that I've used (and I've used them all), but today I received 2 of the new M570's and replaced my wired TrackMan Wheels.

They are slightly smaller than the TrackMan Wheel, but have a much better ergonomic feel. Unlike the Microsoft five button version where the fifth button was placed on the far right and was a bit akward due to the size of the device, the M570 has it right above the perfectly placed back button. Now that I'm using wireless (I avoided the TrackMan wireless due to the lengthy receiver), I'm even more pleased in the home and office environment.

I am longtime wireless trackman wheel.(Red Ball) user. My minor complain for it was a "receiver".
In case of travel, to bring trackman and receiver was bulky.
Receiver for the Blue(M570) is very tiny and easy to handle.

Former person reviewed as follows,
"There is a subtle difference between the balls on the M570 and the wired Trackman. The red ball on my wired Trackman was silky smooth and it feels light when scrolling. On the other hand, the blue ball on the M570 appears to possess a tiny bit of extra resistance (even after cleaning), which does not trouble me at all. The blue ball also seems quieter in use. I do not think old users will be troubled by this minor change, and this extra resistance may also be due to the fact that my unit is brand-new. I will update this review if the touch changes. "
